The Art of how we make Homemade Sausages

In this video we show you how we make our sausages, providing a step-by-step guide on making homemade sausages, blending both beef and pork.

It covers the entire process, from grinding the meat, adding spices, forming the sausages, and frying a piece to taste.

Additionally, it details the drying and smoking process, with sausages being naturally dried for a few days before being smoked at our neighbour's.

Making sausages is not only about the right ingredients and hard work, but also enjoying the process.
