We recently visited the covalence of two of rivers in Herzegovina. The Buna is one of the short rivers in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

It is the left bank tributary of the larger Neretva.

When you watch the mico-vlog above, the Buna is on the right! Its source (Vrelo Bune), is a strong karstic spring, near the village of Blagaj, just southeast of Mostar.

Blagaj is best known for the famous Buna Spring (Vrelo Bune), one of the strongest springs in Europe.

The water is extremely cold. The Buna flows west for approximately 9 km, starting at Blagaj and meanders through the villages of Blagaj, Kosor, Malo Polje, and Hodbina, joining the Neretva at Buna village.

This is a MUST see when you come and visit Bosnia and Herzegovina.
