Day Five

Wednesday.

Woodcote- South Oxfordshire

Last night was so do windy, with what seemed strong winds at that! More on weather later.

Wednesday was a stay at home day.

One of the tasks I have during my normal week, is to "voice" scripts for a YouTube channel about Formula Racing (F1).

I have a portable set up with me so I can fulfill that obligation. That kept me occupied during the morning.

Oh and I wouldn't be truly a Brit if I didn't mention the weather here.

The afternoon was kitchen based, prepping a Balkan themed meal for my daughter and granddaughters.

A few little "twists on a theme" due to not having the exact ingredients available in UK shops.

I won't lie. I was stressed a lot of the time, as I am not in anyway a chef, and I really wanted to do this for the family.

It turned out fine though.

On Thursday it's going to be a long day of travel by bus and train, to visit my 90+ year old mum who lives in Norfolk.

There and back in a day.
