Across most of the former Jugoslavija (SFRJ), there are still abandoned pieces of what was state owned property.
When the SFRJ broke up these types of property were to be auctioned off and the proceeds split between the 6 new nation states.
BUT, as is the case most of the time, no agreements could be made, so here they stand.
Sometimes as an eyesore.
Whatever, there are stories behind these quite brutalistic facades.
