Kefir and Goulaš

I am not a Kefir fan, but Tamara and her family swear by it

It's been a pretty easy, stress free day.

A bit of a tidy up around the house and getting some fresh goats milk pasteurised before making "kefir" (which is basically a fermented milk drink with a sour taste, made using a culture of yeasts and bacteria).

I am not a Kefir fan, but Tamara and her family swear by it.

The main two activities though we're:

1. Tamara making the most gorgeous of gorgeous venison goulash or "Srneći gulaš", followed by family lunch

and

2. Watching Tennis on TV as Novak Đoković played in Paris.

I may have mentioned before, tennis is a much followed sport here and particularly the career of Novak.

As I write this lying in bed with the window wide open, the weather outside is balmy, with a breeze.

It's getting colder though here in the north of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
