How We Make Our Wine

If we get a decent grape harvest, well, we make a little wine 😀

How We Make Our Wine. Berba grožđa.

The grape harvest (for us at least), is about 2 days of picking dark skinned, ripe, tasty grapes.

They have been collected, washed, and crushed through a wooden rolling device.

The fruit pulp and juice starts fermenting in the hugest of barrels.

6 weeks later we might have some 90 or so litres of wine to celebrate with.
