Down by the River Vrbas near our Village

Today has seen the first "Real" day of typically spring weather as far as the Western Balkans are concerned. We took the opportunity to go for a walk to the River Vrbas, some 15 -20 minutes away.

Today has seen another day of typically spring weather as far as the Western Balkans are concerned.

Well thats my opinion anyway.

Wonderful blue skies, with just a hint of a few, light, fluffy clouds.

We took the opportunity to go for a walk to the River Vrbas, some 15 -20 minutes away.

Walking down the valley is always peaceful. Just the sound of the farmyard dogs barking, and the birds singing their hearts out.

Sometimes we pass anglers catching Vrbas river fish (I haven't got a clue what species's they are).

I also fly my drone when I have a chance, but recently I have found myself in a restricted fly area. Banja Luka airport isn’t too far away.

But I can cope.

In this video the wind is a bit strong and I felt the my small aircraft had some difficulty maintaining it's position, but overall acquitted itself well.

I am still very much a novice at flying but am determined to get as proficient as I can and to (hopefully) record some high quality footage for future vlogs and videos.
